1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AeroMail VIP and its related services. By creating an account or using AeroMail VIP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. If you are below the applicable age of digital consent or otherwise require parental or guardian authorization, you may use AeroMail VIP only with the required authorization.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
4. Usernames and Email Addresses
Usernames and email addresses must not impersonate another person, infringe another party's rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or otherwise violate these Terms. AeroMail VIP may reserve, reclaim, suspend, or remove usernames when reasonably necessary.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AeroMail VIP lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service to send spam, phishing messages, malware, fraudulent communications, threats, unlawful content, or communications intended to facilitate illegal activity.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data; interfere with the operation of the service; abuse authentication mechanisms; distribute malicious software; circumvent security controls; or use AeroMail VIP in a manner that could harm other users or the service.
7. Your Content
You retain rights you have in content you create and send through AeroMail VIP. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
8. Email Delivery
AeroMail VIP does not guarantee that every email will be delivered, accepted, or displayed without delay. Delivery may be affected by recipient systems, spam filtering, network conditions, service outages, or other factors outside our control.
9. Privacy and Security
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the AeroMail VIP Privacy Policy. We use reasonable security measures designed to protect the service and user information.
10. Encryption
AeroMail VIP may use encryption and other security technologies to protect communications and account information. The availability and behavior of encryption features may depend on the particular feature, device, configuration, and version of the service.
11. End-to-End Encryption and Zero-Knowledge Features
Where AeroMail VIP explicitly identifies a feature as providing end-to-end encryption or zero-knowledge protection, that claim applies only to the technical scope described for that feature. No security technology can guarantee absolute protection against every possible threat.
12. Intellectual Property
AeroMail VIP and its associated software, branding, designs, logos, interfaces, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them without authorization.
13. Third-Party Services
AeroMail VIP may interact with third-party services or systems. Those services may have their own terms and policies. AeroMail VIP is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, security, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
15. Data Deletion
Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.
16. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that AeroMail VIP will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.
17. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroMail VIP is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroMail VIP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
Any governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions applicable to AeroMail VIP will be determined in accordance with the legal structure and jurisdiction of the service provider and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or business practices change. Updated Terms will be posted through the service, together with a revised "Last Updated" date where appropriate.
